How to Insert Tampon

You know, whether it's a tampon? Tampons are a kind of tool that serves to absorb menstrual blood, and are usually inserted in the vagina. If you first obtain a period, you should not use tampons. Because it can cause torn hymen, so it is recommended you select an alternative other than a tampon device, such as sanitary napkins. Tampons slightly more complex, but once you see and understand their function, how to be included, will probably become the number one choice for you to use. Here's how to insert tampons.

Step 1
Obviously the first one, you must have a tampon. Select a tampon in accordance with your current period. Some tampons are created for normal condition and the other bleeding profusely. Usually the first few days of heavy bleeding, then just spotting. Make sure you choose a tampon according to requirement. You can read how to choose a tampon in an article earlier.

Step 2
Squatting or standing on the toilet with one leg lifted up the toilet. Hold the tampon with the thumb and middle finger the cotton end facing the vagina. Place the front half of the applicator directly into the vagina. Then use the first finger to gently insert or push the center of the applicator (which is the cotton), into the vagina. Pull back on the applicator with your fingers to remove. The cotton remains inserted with a string hanging on the outside.

Step 3
If not accompanied applicator tampons, use your fingers to push into the vagina. Push as far as it will go comfortably — you will feel a resistance when it hits your cervix, which means you have pushed it all the way into your vagina and into the correct position. If the tampon feels uncomfortable, it's not in far enough. The entire tampon must be higher than your pubic bone or it will be uncomfortable. That sounds counterintuitive, but it's true. If it is uncomfortable push it in a little farther, or take it out and try again with a new tampon. If you are nervous and clench your muscles you won't be able to get the tampon into the right position.

Step 4
To remove a tampon, you simply pull the string that hangs outside. Remember: always changing tampons every time, Never leave a tampon in your body for more than eight hours.
